Implementation Advisory
Once the masterplan has been approved, Terganic Regenerative can support its delivery through our Implementation Advisory offer.
Our role is to ensure that the intentions defined in the masterplan are correctly translated into work on the ground.
This support may include reviewing detailed plans, selecting species, defining the planting strategy, coordinating with contractors and checking that the work complies with the agreed approach.
We can also train maintenance teams, monitor plant establishment and growth, recommend seasonal adjustments and measure the results achieved.
Site Management & Operations
For selected projects located in South-East Mauritius, close to our base in Bambous Virieux, Terganic Regenerative can provide ongoing site management and operational support.
Support may include landscape and regenerative site maintenance, coordination of local teams and contractors, property management, guest services and concierge operations.
For hospitality or visitor-based projects, we can also support website creation and management, booking systems, digital marketing, communication and the development of experiences and commercial offers.
The scope of our involvement is tailored to each project, from regular management support to the coordination of the site's day-to-day operations.
Across these services, our aim is not to impose a standardised solution.
Instead, we seek to reveal the unique potential of each site and create a project aligned with its environment, its market and the owner’s vision.
